NALSAR University of Law set to become first gender-neutral institute

The National Academy of Legal Studies and Research, NALSAR (Hyderabad) is all set to become India's first gender-neutral educational institution.
NALSAR University: The National Academy of Legal Studies and Research (NALSAR), Hyderabad has opened a gender-neutral space for LGBTQ+ students. The varsity has set up a gender-neutral living space inside the university to make the space truly inclusive.
As per the official announcement, NALSAR University of Law has announced that the rooms on the Gender Neutral floor will be given to students who belong to the LGBTQ+ community. Apart from this, the administration has also assigned a washroom on the ground floor of their academic block as 'Gender Neutral'.
Further, NALSAR took to Twitter to make the announcement regarding the 'Gender-Neutral' floor on campus for LGBTQIA+ students.

NALSAR University of Law is one of the universities that are taking steps towards increasing all gender identities.
The university already has an interim policy in place to address inclusive concerns of the LGBTQ+ community and is in the process of drafting a final policy.
