Mystery death of Kerala woman insurance agent turns murder, friend held

Kerala police have arrested Mohanan for killing Jessi, stealing her gold ornaments and dressing up the murder as a suicide by throwing her body on railway tracks.

The mysterious death of Jessi, a 54-year old female insurance agent, in Kerala’s Kadakkavoor turned out to be a case of murder. Police have arrested her friend, Mohanan, a resident of Bhajanamadam near Kadakkavoor for the crime.

Over ten days ago, Jessi’s body was found on the railway tracks and the police initially treated it as a suicide case.
