A Muslim woman in Hyderabad donated her liver to save the life of her Hindu husband, who was suffering from progressive liver failure, producing a great example of love and communal harmony. Doctors at the Gleneagles Global Hospital in Hyderabad had successfully transplanted Mumtaz’s liver into her husband Venkata Subba Reddy in mid-March this year.
