A sessions court has upheld a lower court’s order to detain a woman in a protection home as she is likely to ‘pose danger to society’ due to her HIV positive status.
A sessions court in Mumbai upheld the order of a magistrate court, which had ordered the detention of a woman in a protection home, saying that she is likely to "pose danger to society" due to her HIV positive status.
