
Mumbai schools reopen with full capacity from today

Mumbai schools have reopened for physical classes from today at full capacity.
Amid the decline in the Covid-19 cases, schools across Mumbai reopened from today, March 2, at full capacity. Earlier, the Maharashtra Tourism and Environment Minister, Aaditya Thackeray, said that the schools would reopen with pre-covid timings, curricular & extra-curricular activities, school buses, apart from certain essential covid appropriate norms.

According to the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation, BMC's order, schools in Mumbai were allowed to reopen at 100 percent capacity from March 2, 2022. All the schools have reopened, keeping in mind the necessary Covid-19 guidelines. The authorities have to make sure that students and staff follow these rules all the time.
