The Mumbai Police Crime Branch moved the court on Saturday to have ex-Commissioner Param Bir Singh declared a 'proclaimed offender.'
The Mumbai Crime Branch has filed an application to have former city police commissioner Param Bir Singh declared a ‘proclaimed offender’ in the Goregaon extortion case.
Special Public Prosecutor Shekhar Jagtap filed an application in Mumbai's Metropolitan Magistrate court, seeking an order for proclamation to be issued for two other accused, Riyaz Bhati and Vinay Singh alias Bablu, in addition to Singh.
