An enraged motorist, driving an SUV, grabbed a diamond trader by the collar and dragged him in the Vile Parle area of Mumbai on Thursday.
According to a report published in The Times of India (TOI), the motorist was enraged because the diamond trader's car was blocking his path on the Western Express Highway.
The trader, Rishabh Shah (41), was on the way to his home at around 10 pm when the incident took place.
He stopped his car after getting between a dumper and a bike. That was when the SUV driver, Ravi Jhaveri (30), who was right behind him, started honking, wanting to move ahead of the stranded vehicles.
Once the jam cleared, Shah signalled the SUV driver to overtake him and go ahead.
"He intercepted my car and abused me. As I halted, he came charging towards me," Shah stated in his complaint, as reported by TOI.
Shah took a picture of Jhaveri's SUV and that infuriated him.
