Mumbai man gets 5 years in jail for sexually abusing minor daughter with disability

A Mumbai court sentenced the man to five years imprisonment for sexually abusing his seven-year-old daughter, who is differently abled.

A special POCSO court on Thursday convicted a 46-year-old man and sentenced him to five years in jail for sexually abusing his 7-year-old differently abled daughter. The Mumbai court also imposed a fine of Rs 11,000, of which Rs 8,000 will be given to the victim as compensation.
