Mumbai’s civic body rushed to help provide oxygen supplies to a private hospital in Mumbai after the hospital declared shortage of oxygen supply via WhatsApp messages.
The Nashik oxygen leak tragedy has put the Brihanmumbai Municial Corporation (BMC) on a high alert. BMC officials say they are keeping a close tab on the oxygen supply situation in each and every hospital. Hindu Sabha Hospital Ghatkopar had Oxygen Crisis today. Had just 1 hour Oxygen, 122 COVID Patients would have been forced for Shifting. Refilling was delayed by 8 hours, 6.30pm Oxygen arrived & Patients were relieved.
