A metropolitan magistrate's court in Mumbai on Friday denied bail to Bollywood actor Shah Rukh Khan's son Aryan Khan and two others in connection with the alleged seizure of drugs from a cruise ship off Mumbai coast. The court rejected the bail plea, saying it was not "maintainable".Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate RM Nerlikar was hearing the pleas filed by Aryan Khan, Arbaaz Merchantt and Munmun Dhamecha.
Additional Solicitor General (ASG) Anil Singh, appearing for the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB), argued that the court should first decide the maintainability of the bail pleas which was being strongly opposed by the NCB.
