Munmun Dhamecha, one of the accused in the Mumbai cruise drug bust case, has approached the Bombay High Court seeking modification and relaxation of certain conditions imposed by the High Court while granting bail to her.
Dhamecha, in her plea, has challenged the two conditions imposed on her while she was released on bail by Bombay High Court. One was to attend the NCB Mumbai office every Friday between 11 am and 2 pm to mark her presence. The second condition was to not leave Greater Mumbai without informing the investigating officer (IO) and to give her travel itinerary to IO.
