Mumbai: Bodies of two who drowned during Ganesh immersion recovered; one still missing

A total of five youngsters had ventured into the sea at the Versova jetty on Sunday night to immerse an idol.

The two of the three youngsters, swept away in the sea waters at Versova jetty here during the Ganesh idol immersion on Sunday night, were recovered on Monday, civic officials said, adding another boy remains untraced.

The deceased were aged 18 and 20 respectively, an official said.
