Mubai Mayor Kishori Pednekar passes away at age of 58

Pednekar was appointed as the mayor of the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation in 2019 after serving as a corporator for three terms during her political career as a Shiv Sena activist. 

Mumbai Mayor Kishori Pednekar passed away on Sunday at the age of 58 years. She was admitted to the Global Hospital in Mumbai earlier in the day after she had complained about chest pain. Following her admission, the hospital authorities had said that she was suffering from epigastric pain.
