MSK Prasad on India's historic Test series triumph in Australia: Not even once credit was given to selectors

Former BCCI selection committee chief MSK Prasad opened up on how the panel he led for 4 years faced flak for India's losses but never got any credit when they Tok giant strides in Test cricket.

Former chief selector of the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI), MSK Prasad rued the fact that non of the members in the current panel got any credit for Team India's stupendous performance in the historic Test series triumph in Australia earlier this year. While the whole country and cricketing fraternity hailed India's once-in-a-generation win, none paid any credit to the current team of selectors led by Chetan Sharma. Prasad, who was the selection committee chairman from 2016 to 2020, pointed out how fans and cricket pundits never get any credit for the Indian team's success but are the first ones to face the flak when the team doesn't do well.
