MS Dhoni loses blue tick on his Twitter account

MS Dhoni, who retired from international cricket on August 15, 2020, now only plays in the Indian Premier League and will be back in action when the UAE leg of IPL resumes in September.

Micro-blogging and social networking platform Twitter on Saturday removed the blue tick from India's World Cup winning captain MS Dhoni's official account. Blue ticks are put on verified accounts by Twitter. Dhoni is not an active user of social media and hardly posts anything despite having millions of followers on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram
