A private school teacher in a village in Indore was beaten up and then paraded through streets with his face blackened and head shaved for allegedly harassing a student.

A school teacher in a village in Madhya Pradesh’s Indore was beaten up, tonsured, and paraded around with a blackened face for allegedly harassing a Class 8 student, police officials said on Sunday. The 24-year-old teacher has been accused of stalking and threatening the 15-year-old girl. He had recently sent her a love letter as well.
