MP molestation case: 4 among 15 men who groped tribal women during festival slapped with NSA

Four of the 15 men accused in the Madhya Pradesh molestation case have been charged under sections of the National Security Act. The police took suo motu action after a video of the crime went viral.
The Madhya Pradesh Police has slapped charges under the National Security Act against four men accused of molesting two tribal girls in Alirajpur district on March 11. The four were among the 15 accused in the case.
The two tribal girls were molested during the Bhagoria festival and the crime was recorded by the accused on their mobile phones. Police swung into action after massive outrage over the video, which went viral. All the 15 accused were identified and arrested from Dhar and Alirajpur districts.

The police took suo motu cognisance as the victims did not lodge a complaint.
Police have appealed to the victims to register a formal complaint, but they are yet to respond. "We are trying to trace them as they would aid in speedy prosecution. But, so far, we have not been able to find them," police claimed.
The four accused, slapped with NSA sections, were identified as 25-year-old Narendra Davar, 18-year-old Vishal Kiyadiya, 30-year-old Dilip Vaskel, and 30-year-old Munna Bheel.
