MP: Govt issues notice to IAS officer after his chats alleging corruption by senior leaked

After chats in which IAS officer Lokesh Jangid alleged that a senior officer was corrupt were leaked, the government has issued a notice to him.

The 2014 batch IAS officer, in a group chat with other IAS officers, said, “Barwani collector Shivraj Verma was unable to make money through corrupt means. That’s why he filled Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan’s ears. Both of them are from the same community, the Kirar community. The collector’s wife is secretary of the Kirar society and the CM’s wife is the president.” He went on to say that he will write a book after his retirement with all the facts.
