MoEHE, US embassy to host Virtual University Fair

The US embassy and Ministry of Education and Higher Education (MoEHE) will host the EducationUSA-Qatar 2021 Virtual University Fair, set to take place during the Qatar-USA 2021 Year of Culture. The virtual fair will be held on April 6 and 7, from 4pm to 8pm each day. It will provide a unique opportunity for high school and graduate students in Qatar to interact directly with university representatives from over 50 US colleges and universities, according to a joint press statement by the embassy and MoEHE. Participants will gain valuable information about academic programmes, tuition costs, campus life, financial aid options, application procedures and safety precautions in response to the Covid-19 pandemic. This virtual fair makes it easy to learn about the advantages of studying in the US and to meet with EducationUSA advisers about future college needs, the statement notes.
