The Ministry of Commerce & Industry (MoCI) has seized several children's toys and issued a number of violations against retail outlets for violating Islamic values. MoCI said in a tweet that it had conducted inspection campaigns on several retail outlets across Qatar and confiscated children's toys bearing slogans that go against Islamic values and traditions, while sharing an image of the popular Pop it fidget toy.
