MOCI lists a set of precautionary measures for delivery staff

The Ministry of Commerce and Industry (MoCI) has announced delivery companies to follow strict precautionary measures for the safety of citizens and residents.

In a Twitter statement, the ministry stated "Ministry of Commerce and Industry compels companies processing various delivery orders to comply with a set of precautionary measures to preserve the safety of citizens and residents."  The measures include:
