Missing Colorado mom's husband Barry Morphew appears in shackles in first court hearing since arrest
Fox News
Barry Morphew, the husband of missing Colorado mom Suzanne Morphew, appeared in court Thursday, shackled and wearing a jail-issued jumpsuit as he faces three charges -- including first-degree murder -- in connection with his wife’s presumed death.
Suzanne Morphew’s body – missing since May of last year -- has still not been located, but District Attorney Linda Stanley said Wednesday her office and investigators had gathered enough evidence to arrest Barry Morphew on charges of first-degree murder after deliberation, tampering with physical evidence and attempt to influence a public servant, according to authorities. A judge told Morphew during the hearing that he would be able to see his two daughters, who were present in the courtroom for the hearing, as long as his contact with them remains civil.More Related News
