After miscreants hurled glass bottles at the RSS branch in Mathura, police have launched an investigation.
Following a violent clash in Mathura district's Kosi Kalan town on Monday evening, in which some anti-social elements attacked an Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) 'Shakha' with glass bottles, an FIR has been registered against the miscreants.
According to available information, some miscreants attacked an RSS Shakha that was being held in Kosi Kalan's Saini Basti. The attackers threw glass bottles at the RSS Swayamsevaks before fleeing. Swayamsevak Ramesh was injured after being hit by a bottle.
As word of the attack spread throughout the Mathura district, RSS functionaries began arriving in Kosi Kalan, demanding immediate action against the attackers.
Dinesh Kumar, the 'Shakha Pramukh,' filed a FIR at the Kosi Kalan police station on Tuesday.
SR (Rural) Shrishchand told India Today that the accused are being tracked down and will be arrested soon.
A local resident, Bhagwan Swaroop Dixit, believes that all of these incidents are the result of a calculated move by some anti-social elements who appear to have received foreign funding to sow unrest in India.
It is now the responsibility of every Indian citizen to thwart foreign powers' plans, said Bhagwan Swaroop Dixit.
