Minor among 5 held by Delhi Police for stabbing man with knife, shooting him dead

Five men, including a minor, were apprehended by the Delhi Police for stabbing a man and shooting him to death. The suspects were taken into custody based on the statement of an eyewitness, who is also the victim’s brother.
Delhi Police apprehended five men, including a minor, for stabbing a man with knives and then shooting him dead. The incident took place on Monday, August 8.
Moti Nagar police station received information that a quarrel had taken place at Rama Road circle between the victim, Balram, and an accused, identified as Bunty, and his associates. The accused reportedly assaulted the victim with a knife and also opened fire on him said an eye-witness, who is the victim’s brother.
After receiving the call, a police team reached the spot. Upon conducting an enquiry, they found that the injured had been shifted to ABG Hospital.
The team reached ABG Hospital where the victim was declared brought dead. After that, the team returned to the crime scene again and recorded the statement of the eyewitness, who was the victim’s brother.
Accordingly, a case of murder was registered at the Moti Nagar police station. Five people were apprehended along with a minor. Police also recovered two knives from the crime scene.
