Ministry reiterates maximum working hours in private sector during Ramadan

The Ministry of Labour has reiterated that the maximum working hours in the private sector during the holy month of Ramadan are 36 hours a week, six hours per day, according to Article 73 of the Labour Law. In a tweet yesterday, the ministry said the maximum working hours during the remaining months of the year are 48 hours a week, eight hours per day.
