Ministry rehabilitates Rashed Garden

Doha: The Protection & Wildlife Dept at Ministry of Municipality and Environment has been working on rehabilitating Rashed Garden which was cultivated with 1.2k wild seedlings (prosopis, samar, ziziphus nummularia, salam, Lycium shawii).
Apart from this, five thousand seeds of different types of plants including grass, poaceae, and evergreen plants (askhabar, Lasiurus, halta, jisjas, and flinders rose) were also planted. The agreement was officially signed on the Desertification and Drought Day in line with the Emir’s vision and directives in his address at the 42th ordinary session of the Shura Council.More Related News
