Minister of Commerce meets Malaysian Minister

Doha: Minister of Commerce and Industry and Acting Minister of Finance HE Ali bin Ahmed Al Kuwari met on Sunday with Malaysian Minister of International Trade and Industry HE Mohamed Azmin Ali, who is currently visiting the country.
During the meeting, they reviewed the aspects of joint cooperation in the commercial, investment and industrial fields and means of boosting and developing them, in addition to discussing the trade policies between the two countries and efforts made by the two sides to confront the COVID-19 pandemic. The Minister of Commerce shed light, during the meeting, on the economic policies adopted by the State of Qatar and their role in removing restrictions on foreign investment and providing more investment opportunities to companies wishing to invest in the State of Qatar.
