MI man who served 21 years for wrongful double homicide conviction has charges dropped

Jeff Titus, 71, erroneously convicted of killing two hunters in 2002, has had all criminal charges against him dropped after his February release from prison.
After reviewing the case for three months, Kalamazoo County prosecutor Jeff Getting said Titus will not face a new trial.
"This is the right thing to do," Getting told reporters.
