Weather inshore until 6pm on Tuesday will be hazy to misty at first at places becomes relatively hot daytime with chance of rain local clouds maybe thundery by noon, the Department of Meteorology said in its daily weather report, warning of expected thundery rain over northern areas by noon.
Offshore will be hazy and partly cloudy with chance of scattered rain maybe thundery at times, maybe thunder at northern and eastern areas, the report added, warning of expected thundery rain at northern areas with strong wind high sea later.
Wind inshore will be mainly southeasterly to southwesterly 05 to 15 knot gusting to 25 knot with thundery rain by noon.
Offshore, it will be mainly southeasterly to southwesterly 10 to 20 knot gusting to 30 knot during thundery rain.
