Metallica launches new t-shirt to collect funds for Ukraine. Internet hails gesture

Heavy metal band Metallica has released a new t-shirt on their official merchandise page for sale to collect money for Ukraine.
The Russia-Ukraine war has entered the 43rd day and the situation is much more horrifying than one can imagine. With thousands of people homeless, several celebrities across the globe are doing their part to provide a smidge of relief for the war-ravaged country and its residents.
Popular heavy metal band Metallica has come forth with one such initiative. The band has released a new t-shirt on their official merchandise page for sale to collect money for Ukraine. Designed by Andrew Cremeans, the t-shirt is priced at approximately Rs 3,000 (USD 39.99). All the money collected from the sale is set to be donated to the #ChefsforUkraine initiative started by Spanish-American chef Jose Andres.

People loved the design of the t-shirt and lauded the band’s gesture to extend help towards the people of Ukraine. The comments section was flooded with prayers for peace as well.
