The CEO of Mercedes-Benz India was travelling to his destination in his Mercedes S-class in Pune. But, he was caught up in traffic. That’s when he decided to get out of his high-end car and walk a few kilometers to take an auto-rickshaw.
Netizens were perplexed when Mercedes-Benz India CEO Martin Schwenk shared a post of him riding an auto-rickshaw on Instagram. The post has grabbed the attention of netizens and the reason why Schwenk sought the need to take public transport is something most of us relate to.
So, the CEO of Mercedes-Benz India was travelling to his destination in his, obviously, Mercedes S-class in Pune. But, he was caught up in traffic. That’s when he decided to get out of his high-end car and walk a few kilometers to take an auto-rickshaw. Yes, you read that right! The good old auto became a savior for the CEO of one of the top automobile companies.
“If your S-class is stuck in traffic on the wonderful Pune roads - what do you do? Maybe getting off the car, start walking for a few KM’s and then grabbing a rickshaw?” read the caption.
