'Mehangai Par Halla Bol’: Congress declares war on price rise with mega rally in Delhi today

Rahul Gandhi will lead 'Mehangai Par Halla Bol rally', the Congress party’s massive protest against inflation and price rise, at Ramlila Maidan in Delhi today.
Ahead of assembly elections in key states, the Congress is ready to mount pressure on the BJP-led Centre with its 'Mehangai Par Halla Bol rally' at Ramlila Maidan in Delhi on Sunday, September 4.
According to sources, senior Congress leaders including the general secretaries and party in-charges will gather at the AICC headquarters around 11 am and they will leave together for Ramlila Maidan on buses. Rahul Gandhi is likely to address the rally at around 1pm.

Adequate security arrangements have been made in and around the Ramlila Maidan in central Delhi in view of the Congress' protest on Sunday, officials said.
