Meghana Raj breaks down on hearing Chiranjeevi Sarja's voice in throwback audio on Dancing Champion

Meghana Raj got emotional on hearing her late husband Chiranjeevi Sarja's voice in a throwback audio clip. The actress is currently seen as a judge on Colors Kannada's Dancing Champion.

Meghana Raj, who has been extremely brave and strong after the demise of her husband, Chiranjeevi Sarja in 2020, recently got emotional on a reality show. The actress is currently a judge on Dancing Champion on Colors Kannada. In the latest promo, Meghana recalled her first Valentine's Day and wedding anniversary gift from Chiranjeevi.

Meghana Raj never misses a day to remember her late husband Chiranjeevi Sarja. In the new promo of Dancing Champion, the actress can be seen recalling getting a necklace as a gift from Chiru on their first anniversary in 2019. She then said that her late husband gifted her a black sling on Valentine's Day. Meghana also shared how Chiru proposed to her by going down on one knee. Showing a personalised frame that received from Chiru, she shared that she always keeps it by her bed. She was sharing all this with a smile on her face but she got emotional as soon as the makers played throwback audio of Chiranjeevi. She broke down listening to his voice and said, "I wish this was true."

The gifts and the throwback audio brought back memories of Chiranjeevi for Meghana. She called it a 'bittersweet surprise' and thanked the makers. Chiranjeevi Sarja passed away on June 7, 2020, after suffering a massive heart attack.

Meghana Raj and Chiranjeevi Sarja were best friends for over a decade before they decided to take their relationship to the next level. The couple got married according to Christian and Hindu traditions on April 29, 2018, and May 2, 2018, respectively. Two years after their wedding, Meghana Raj delivered their first child.

Unfortunately, Chiranjeevi Sarja wasn't alive to see his son. Meghana Raj is yet to name her son. She calls him Jr Chiru, Jr C and Simba.
