Megastar Chiranjeevi to Khushbu, South celebs mourn Bappi Lahiri's demise

Legendary musician Bappi Lahiri breathed his last on February 15. Megastar Chiranjeevi and Khushbu took to social media to condole the death of Bappi Lahiri.
Legendary musician and singer Bappi Lahiri passed away on February 15 at around 11.45 pm. The singer's demise left everyone in a state of shock. He will be cremated at Pawan Hans Crematorium in Mumbai on February 17. Megastar Chiranjeevi, Khushbu and several other celebrities took to social media to fondly remember Bappi Lahiri and his contribution to the world of music.
Megastar Chiranjeevi took to Twitter to share a throwback photo with Bappi Lahiri and wrote, "Rest in Peace Bappi da! #BappiLahiri (sic)."
In a note, he wrote, "Deeply anguished at the demise of legendary music director & singer Bappi Lahiri. I had a great association with Bappi da. He gave numerous chartbusters for me which contributed immensely to my popularity. He will always be remembered for his unique style & his great enthusiasm for life which reflected in his music. My heart felt condolences to all his near and dear (sic)."

Actress and politician Khushbu Sundar took to Twitter to remember Bappi Lahiri. He wrote, "Pained at the demise of #BappiLahari da. His music was a cult. He introduced us to western music and what actually disco fusion was. One of the most creative musician. He will be missed tremendously. May his soul rest in peace. #OmShanti #RipBappilahiri (sic)."
