Born on 28 March, 2000, Pebbles is 22 years and 59 days old and the new Guinness World Record holder for the oldest living dog.
It was not that long ago when a 21-year-old pooch named TobyKeith was named the oldest living dog by Guinness World Records. But now, the title has been snatched by Pebbles, a 22-year-old toy Fox Terrier from South Carolina in the US.
Pebbles was declared the new holder of the title after his owner applied for the record. Born on 28 March, 2000, Pebbles is 22 years and 59 days old. “Pebbles is like a wild teen who loves to sleep during the day and is up all night,” her owner Julie Gregory told Guinness World Records.
Take a look at the old soul:
We are truly honored. Pebbles has been with us through everything; ups and downs, good times and bad, and she has always been the beacon of our lives,” Julie added. The little pooch is the apple of the eye of the Gregory family.
Incredible, right?
