A second-year student at a government medical college in Tamil Nadu attempted to take his own life after allegedly being ragged by a few seniors.

A second-year student at a government medical college in Tamil Nadu attempted to take his own life after allegedly being ragged by a few seniors.

The student, studying in Dharmapuri Government Medical College in Salem district, was found unconscious and with his left wrist slit in his hostel room on Sunday. He was rushed to a hospital, where he is currently undergoing treatment in the ICU. His condition is stable.
