Sarah Beth Clendaniel of Catonsville, Maryland, pleaded guilty to conspiring to take out five substations in the Baltimore region to help break down society.
Clendaniel and Russell became acquainted with each other in 2018, and both advocated the white supremacist ideology of "accelerationism."
