Martin Short Taunts Trump By Revealing Melania's Only True 'Expectation'

The "Jimmy Kimmel Live" guest host joked that he's "contractually obligated" to make Trump jokes while filling in.
Martin Short on Tuesday said Melania Trump reportedly hated her time in Washington so much that she is not planning to return ― and won’t live in the White House if her husband, Donald Trump, wins the election.
“I actually have a little empathy for Melania,” said Short, who is filling in for Jimmy Kimmel this week. “She entered into this marriage, she had a certain expectation. And that expectation was that the average life expectancy for an American male is 76.3 years old.”
The former president turned 78 this month.
Short, who joked that he’s “contractually obligated” to mock Trump while on “Kimmel,” offered the former first lady another option: move to Canada.
“According to a story I saw today, there are plenty of Trump-like con artists up there, too,” he said, then shared a wild news report about a psychic grifter.
