Russia-Ukraine war news updates: Russian troops allegedly bombed a theatre in the Ukrainian port city of Mariupol on Wednesday. Thousands are reportedly trapped inside the building. No casualties have been reported so far.
Russian troops dropped a powerful bomb on a theatre in the encircled Ukrainian port city of Mariupol on Wednesday, said Ukraine's foreign ministry.
According to officials, "more than a thousand", including children, were sheltering in bombed Ukraine theatre.

"Today, the invaders destroyed the Drama Theatre. A place, where more than a thousand people found refuge. We will never forgive this," Mariupol local council was quoted by news agency AFP as saying.
Meanwhile, local media said that up to 1,000 people could have been trapped inside the building.
"All of them are now under the rubble of the building. The exact number of casualties is still unknown," another news report said. Also, the toll in the attack is yet unknown.
While Ukraine accused Russian forces of carrying out an airstrike against a theatre in Mariupol, Russia's defence ministry denied targeting civilians, RIA news agency said.
