
Manjinder Sirsa claims victory in Delhi Sikh body polls, cites work done during farmers’ protest

The Delhi Sikh Gurudwara Management Committee went to the polls on Sunday. SAD leader and current president Manjinder Singh Sirsa claimed his faction would emerge victorious in 40 out of 46 wards.
Forty-six wards of the Delhi Sikh Gurudwara Management Committee (DSGMC) went to the polls on Sunday. Former Delhi MLA Manjinder Singh Sirsa, who is the current president of the Sikh body, has claimed victory, stating the work done by the committee during the ongoing farmers’ agitation against the three farm laws and the second Covid wave. “The work that we have done in the farmers’ agitation, during the Covid crisis, the medical and education infrastructure that we have built are the key issues for us,” Manjinder Singh Sirsa said.More Related News
