Manjhi alleges links between terror organisations and makers of The Kashmir Files, demands probe

NDA's alliance partner and former Bihar chief minister Jitan Ram Manjhi has demanded a probe into the alleged links between terror outfits and the makers of The Kashmir Files.
A day after the NDA government made the movie 'The Kashmir Files' tax-free in Bihar, key alliance partner and former chief minister Jitan Ram Manjhi alleged that the film made on the exodus of Kashmiri pandits in the late 1980s could be a "conspiracy of the terror organisations to instil a sense of fear in the Kashmiri Pandits so that they do not return to the Kashmir."
Hinting towards a link between terror organisations and the makers of the film, Manjhi tweeted, "The Kashmir Files could also be a deep conspiracy of terrorists who could be trying to create an atmosphere of fear in Kashmiri Brahmins so that they cannot go to Kashmir again".

He further added that there could be "a possible connection between terrorist organisations and the makers of the film," which includes director Vivek Agnihotri. He demanded that the entire unit of "The Kashmir Files" and their possible terror connection should also be probed.
Meanwhile, the BJP has been hailing the film while saying that the film showcased the plight of Kashmiri Pandits.
Even Prime Minister Narendra Modi heaped praise on the film director Vivek Agnihotri and said more such films should be made on Kashmir to make people aware.
