Manish Sisodia presenting false figures on fund release, misleading people: South MCD Mayor

SDMC Mayor Mukesh Suryan said on Tuesday that Delhi Deputy CM Manish Sisodia is presenting a false figure regarding the funds given to the three MCDs, alleging that he was misleading the people of Delhi.

Ahead of the municipal corporation elections in Delhi next year, a political flashpoint has emerged between the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) and Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP).

A day after the cash-strapped East Delhi Municipal Corporation (EDMC) held a protest march demanding the release of funds, Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia has once again alleged corruption in the Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD).
