IPL 2021: Former India opener Virender Sehwag has reckoned that Manish Pandey could not win the match for SRH on Sunday despite settling down nicely because he did not get deliveries in his radar to hit sixes. SRH lost their opening match against KKR by 10 runs.
Former India cricketer Virender Sehwag has reckoned that Manish Pandey could have handed Sunrisers Hyderabad a win in their IPL 2021 opener against Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) on Sunday but failed as deliveries did not fall in his radar. Manish Pandey, who came in to bat at number three after the departures of openers David Warner and Wriddhiman Saha, scored 61 not out runs off 44 balls and partnered for 92 runs with Jonny Bairstow. SRH were well on track of gunning down 188-run target against the 2-time champions before Bairstow departed in the 13th over. SRH's scorecard read 102 for 3 when the England star departed.More Related News
