Manchester United's much-criticised co-chairman, Joel Glazer will directly engage with fans at a fans' forum on June 4 in a bid to 'open a new era of positive dialogue and co-operation' following massive protests against the club owners.
Manchester United on Wednesday announced that it's co-chairman Joel Glazer will directly engage with the Premier League club's supporters on June 4. It is the first time that the much-criticised Glazer will take part in a fans' forum which consists of at least 11 match-attending fans from different sections of Old Trafford. Co-Chairman Joel Glazer will join our Fans' Forum on Friday 4 June.More details #MUFC #ReUnited The announcement comes after recent protests against the Glazer family at Old Trafford, with supporters reigniting their campaign against the owners after their failed attempt to join the breakaway European Super League. Fans stormed the iconic venue on May 2, setting off flares and carrying 'Glazers Out' posters. In total, United supporters have staged two protests outside Old Trafford, including one that resulted in the Premier League game against Liverpool on May 2 being postponed.More Related News
