Man suffers life-threatening injuries in apparent stabbing near downtown London

A man is in hospital with life-threatening injuries following a stabbing at the intersection of Oxford Street and Richmond Street early Monday morning.
A man is in hospital with life-threatening injuries following a stabbing at the intersection of Oxford Street and Richmond Street early Monday morning.
Little has been released about the stabbing, however police and EMS were called to the intersection around 5:30 a.m. for reports of a man laying on the ground suffering an apparent stab wound.
According to police they located the man who was then taken to hospital by EMS with life-threatening injuries.
Police say they are in the early stages of their investigation and more infomation will be released as it becomes available.
The intersection of Oxford Street and Richmond Street was blocked for several hours but has since reopened.
