Man's severed head lies on road in Telangana; dog seen dropping it

A man's severed head was found lying unattended on a road in the Khammam district of Telangana on Thursday.

A man's severed head was found on a road near Church Compound in the Khammam district of Telangana on Thursday. Police reached the spot as soon as some passers-by informed them about a head lying on the road unattended.
