In a video that has gone viral, a man was seen making black-coloured idlis in Nagpur. The viral clip has prompted several reactions online.

Well, a video has gone viral online in which a man can be seen making idlis. So far, so good. However, the idlis were black in colour. Yes, you read that right!
The video was posted on Instagram by food bloggers from Nagpur named Vivek and Ayesha. The clip started with a man ladling the grayish-black idli batter on a steamer plate. He then left the idlis to cook and served them on a plate later. Next, he poured some ghee over the cooked idlis and sprinkled milagai podi powder on top. The man added more ghee over the idlis and served them with coconut chutney.
