
Man hangs self inside Isha Yoga centre, foundation says death due to personal reasons

A 32-year-old man died by suicide inside Isha Yoga Centre in Coimbatore. According to Isha foundation, the man was struggling with personal issues due to which he took this drastic step.
A 32-year-old man died by suicide inside the Isha Yoga centre in Tamil Nadu's Coimbatore on Friday morning. According to Isha foundation, the man took the drastic step due to personal reasons.
The man identified as Kollu Ramana, a resident of Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, had joined a yoga programme at the centre after complaining of stress.
Ramana left a suicide note and hanged himself in his room on Friday morning. Alandurai Police officials have sent the body for post-mortem.
"Ramana came to the yoga center a month back for a residential yoga programme. In his last letter, he mentioned that he was struggling with personal issues due to which he took this drastic step. He mentioned that nobody else is responsible for his actions," Isha foundation said in a statement.
The Isha foundation informed police immediately and the police officials took the body of the deceased for post-mortem to Coimbatore government hospital.
