Man fatally struck by subway while crossing tracks in Harlem

A man was fatally struck by a train as he attempted to cross subway tracks in South Harlem early Monday, cops said.

The victim was trying to walk across the tracks at the 116th Street station around 6 a.m. when he was struck by an oncoming southbound 3 train, police said.  He was pronounced dead on scene.
