Man critically injured after shooting outside Scotiabank Arena, Union Station locked down

A man is critically injured after a shooting outside Scotiabank Arena on Saturday night and Union Station has been locked down, Toronto police say.
No one is in custody, according to Const. Alex Li, spokesperson for the Toronto Police Service.
The shooting happened in the area of York Street and Bremner Boulevard. Toronto police received a call about the shooting at 7:34 p.m. Callers reported hearing several gunshots.
When police arrived on the scene, they found the man in life-threatening condition, Li said.
"There is a heavy police presence in the area," Li said.
Toronto paramedics said the man has not been transported to hospital.
A Toronto police duty inspector is expected to provide an update later on Saturday night.
Anne Marie Aikins, spokesperson for Metrolinx, said Union Station has been evacuated and all GO trains will start and end at Exhibition GO as police continue to investigate.
